PRODUCTION PROCESS

Produced by skilfully combining continuous and discontinuous distillation and a double ageing process, first in barriques and then oak barrels.

A ROUNDED HARMONY

COLOUR: Characterised by a beautiful luminous coppery antique gold colour.
NOSE: Hints of tropical fruit, such as papaya and pineapple, blend with vanilla, cinnamon and cloves. Vanilla and crisp notes are combined with caramelised baked pear in a mix of refined flavours.
PALATE: Smooth, complex and rounded with hints of sweet spices, such as vanilla and cinnamon, in addition to strong notes of clove. A lingering aftertaste.

SIDECAR

A great cocktail classic prepared using the Shake & Strain technique and served in a glass with a sugared rim.

INGREDIENTS

5 CL Vecchia Romagna
2 CL Triple Sec
2 CL Squeezed lemon juice

METHOD

Shake & Strain - Shake all the ingredients with ice cubes. Strain by pouring the mixture into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.

Sugared rim.

Horseneck

A century-old long drink, served in a highball glass or tall tumbler and decorated with an unmistakable lemon peel spiral.

INGREDIENTS

40 ml Vecchia Romagna
15 ml Lime juice
135 ml Ginger Beer

METHOD

Build - Put the ice in the glass and pour the Brandy over it. Fill the glass with ginger beer. Garnish with a lemon peel spiral.
